The workers are welding flanges onto pipes. Those Flange Connection Pipes are part of Water Cooling System and Foam Fire Fighting System.

• Water Cooling System – Tank Diameter = 22.28 M and 25.46 M
• Foam Fire Fighting System – Tank Diameter = 22.28 M and 25.46 M

According to the drawing, we cut pipes into various length. And then welded A105 Blind Flange and S.O Flange on the pipe.

We conducted hydro test, 10% dye penetrant test and Magnetic particle test. After testing, we can guarantee that the connection and welding are in good quality.

After the test above, all materials will be hot dip galvanized.
